A Capsule Collection Inspired by Legendary Cartoon Character Woody Woodpecker

London, United Kingdom – British label House of Holland debuts the Woody Woodpecker X House of Holland capsule collection alongside the AW17 seasonal presentation at London Fashion Week. Famed and celebrity fan favorite designer Henry Holland has created a capsule collection of 15 pieces to be incorporated in this season’s House of Holland range. The collection features a variety of Woody Woodpecker inspired jackets, denim, dresses, footwear and House of Holland’s signature tees.

Universal selected Holland for the collaboration due to the organic similarities between the brand and Walter Lantz’s iconic character Woody Woodpecker. House of Holland is known for its fun, free spirited, cheeky and a tad naughty designs that compliment the essence of the Woody Woodpecker characters and storylines.

The retro throwback collection is an homage to Holland’s childhood memories of Woody Woodpecker. The vibrant range of womenswear features an interesting mix of country, 70’s Americana beats, with a bit of a fashion pulse. Items will be sold in select global retail partners next fall and prices will range from £75 - £299.
